Kibar Group, one of Turkey's leading company operating in the industrial, trade, and service sectors, with over 15 companies and more than 5.000 employees, opens its doors to young talents every year through the K-team Young Talent Internship Program. Under the motto "Real careers start with real internships", this program invites young people to make a strong start in the business world. In this project, the selection and evaluation process for over 2.500 candidates was carried out in collaboration with Coensio.
In a competitive pool of candidates, the goal was to accurately assess skills and identify the top performers. During the process, which involved dozens of tests, it was essential to ensure that the right candidate was matched with the appropriate test.
With a high number of applicants, the goal was to reduce evaluation time while ensuring the quality of assessments was not compromised, allowing for faster decision making.
By leveraging comprehensive candidate reports, the most qualified candidates were quickly identified, ensuring the quality of the process was maintained while selecting the best fit.

Coensio designed a series of tests to assess candidates' language proficiency, aptitude, and situational judgment. The process was customized to address specific needs, with each test being assigned to candidates who successfully passed the previous one. This approach ensured that the most relevant test was matched with the right candidate at every stage of the process.
Each candidate received a performance score using Coensio's advanced algorithms, providing Kibar Holding with clear, data-backed insights. This allowed for quick decisionmaking and detailed reports highlighting strengths, areas for improvement, and overall suitability for the role.
